Terms of Service

I understand that I am contracting with BayGreen for service and due to scheduling requirements, I will be billed for service if I do not notify BayGreen of any service change via the service change form within 48 hours of my scheduled service.
Clean up resulting from exploding tanks are subject to a $75 per hour fee, 1.5 hour minimum.
Payments are due by the date indicated on the billing statement, prices and schedules are subject to change, see http://www.baygreen.net for current information, late payments are subject to a $5 late fee per month and will lead to cancellation of service until account is in good standing.
